Seems pretty simple Love Jesus, Obey & Follow His Teachings & God, Our Father will Love me and will Welcome me to HIS House.
Loving means following His teachings. Following His Teachings means serving others. We love through our actions. Love is at the heart of Jesus’ words. So keeping Jesus’ words means loving one another. Seems pretty simple. Do that & God will love us and make a home for us.
So how can I screw it up? Because I’m human & humans by their very nature seem to mess up things. I have a better plan. I can build a better mousetrap. I can improve the plan. I can….
NO! Jesus provides a very simple blueprint. He even tells us that the blueprint is not His but His Father’s. All that I have to do is Love Jesus, Love My fellow man & serve others-Simple! It does not need to be complicated. It does not need to be improved. Just follow the plan-Love Jesus, Love One Another, Disciple & Serve.
God I Love you so much. God please forgive my human frailties. Please help me to live life abundantly and to love & serve others. Help me to not think of the glass as half empty but as half full. You have provided the blueprint to be loved & welcomed into Your house. Please give me the strength & desire to not stray but to follow Your plan. I LOVE YOU!
